Biodiversity

 

SODELEG is committed to biodiversity 🌍🌱. To reduce the environmental impact of agricultural practices, our company has collaborated with various partners and local farmers 👨🏽‍🌾 to improve biodiversity. We have notably installed several beehives on farms, as well as flowering fallows, a mix of different plants 🌿 highly appreciated by bees 🐝.

In addition, we have also invested in weather stations ⛅️ that allow us to predict the appearance of downy mildew, the main disease affecting onions 🧅. This helps us reduce the use of phytosanitary treatments on our crops.
